Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or configuring restaurant POS systems.
• Familiarity with Toast is preferred; other POS platforms welcome.
• Experience with menu configuration, online ordering, inventory systems, or related tech is a plus.
• Experience in or supporting a restaurant environment is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to restaurant technology support requests by phone, email, and portal.
• Assist teams and franchisees with POS, online ordering, loyalty, and back-office issues.
• Troubleshoot issues through to resolution and implement config changes.
• Add/update menu items, modifiers, pricing, discounts, recipes, and configurations.
• Complete routine configuration changes in restaurant technology platforms.
• Ensure menu/promotions reflect correctly across systems.
• Support system setup, updates, and testing for new releases.
• Communicate clearly with restaurant teams, franchisees, and colleagues.
• Document support activity and changes in ticketing systems.
• Assist POS Administrators/Restaurant Systems Manager with other needs.
• Participate in evening and weekend support coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
