Core Spaces is seeking a Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and readiness of our student housing communities. This on-site, full-time, hourly role supports move-ins, move-outs, and resident events, and works with on-site teams to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will handle daily cleaning, groundskeeping, trash management, and property presentation while adhering to safety practices and company policies.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
• Experience recognizing cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and property concerns.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals, groundskeeping practices, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a resident-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across exterior areas and common spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning, trash management, and groundskeeping duties.
• Assist move-ins/move-outs and resident events.
• Partner with maintenance, leasing, and community teams to support daily operations.
• Represent Core's service standards through professional, responsive interactions with residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.
