Job summary

Core Spaces in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Porter for Build-To-Rent communities to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety on-site. The role supports pre-move-in and post-move-out cleans, groundskeeping, waste removal, and property presentation to ensure spaces are clean, organized, and ready for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in groundskeeping or janitorial, can lift up to 50 pounds, and is reliable with attention to detail in a fast-paced onsite environment at our BTR

Qualifications

• 1+ years in groundskeeping, janitorial, or related hands-on service.
• On-site hospitality or property maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and assist with general cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas.
• Inspect spaces and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
• Support safety, sanitation, and property standards; follow PPE and product guidelines.
• Assist with seasonal preparations and special projects as assigned.
