Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and readiness of our student housing communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to support move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and resident events while upholding Core's standards.

You will perform daily cleaning, groundskeeping, and property presentation tasks, and you must be able to work on-site, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate needs clearly. This is a non-exempt, hourly role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
• Experience recognizing cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and presentation concerns.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community across exterior areas and common spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, recycling, and waste-management activities.
• Conduct daily inspections to address cleanliness, safety, and property concerns.
• Support move-ins/move-outs, turn, and resident events.
• Document work using company systems and follow safety procedures.
