Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Texas is seeking a Porter to join the on-site management team. The role focuses on maintaining the exterior image and supporting maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming community for residents.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license may be required, and after-hours on-call availability is possible.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and ensure overall upkeep of the property.
• Inspect property each morning and pick up litter from grounds.
• Keep mail rooms and common areas clean and organized.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and related tasks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant units.
• Install and move appliances as needed.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
