ARCO is seeking an on-site Project Manager for Mission Critical Construction in Sullivan, IN. You will connect office project management with field supervision, lead subcontractor coordination, monitor schedules, and resolve field issues while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.

You will develop QA/QC plans, review subcontractor scopes, and communicate with owners, architects, and internal teams. A BS in engineering/construction management and 2–5 years of experience are required, with

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• 2-5 years of construction management and/or field coordination experience required; design/build preferred.
• Experience leading data center or advanced manufacturing projects preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
• Monitor project schedule and report progress between office and field teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with specs and codes.
• Review and approve requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices and other reports.
