Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex facility systems and equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise facility maintenance, construction, repair, and operations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and support a team of maintenance professionals.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex facility and equipment issues with minimal supervision.
