Job summary

WM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on plant machinery and facility systems under the direction of facility leadership. Responsibilities include preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across buildings and equipment, with strict safety protocols.

Candidates should be able to respond to urgent repairs, work on 480V/240V/120V systems, and participate in on-call rotations. Benefits and safety programs are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years’ experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify repairs that are needed and to ensure scheduled production run is met.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, grounds and plant equipment.
• Performs safety procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, etc.
• Diagnoses equipment and performs repairs; available for on-call/urgent repairs outside scheduled shifts.
• Maintenance on autoclave systems, PLCs, pumps, conveyors, boilers and related plant equipment.
