Job summary

WM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant buildings, equipment and systems. Under the direction of facility leadership, you will handle diagnostics, repairs, and ensure safety programs like LOTO and electrical safety are followed.

This role requires 0-4 years experience, HS diploma preferred, and involves working on autoclave systems, pumps, boilers, piping, conveyors, and PLC/robotics.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years’ experience or training in maintenance and repairs.
• Completion of safety programs including LOTO and confined spaces.
• Welding or electrical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and be on-call for urgent needs.
• Maintain safety standards and complete CMMS work orders.
• Support facility leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
