Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to drive results via process and teamwork.
• Experience reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of unit operations and machinery.
• Strong communication across work groups and plant teams.
• Foundational data analysis knowledge (SAP/Maximo).
• Experience with Maximo and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset care strategies for the platform.
• Create and document high-quality PMs and Job Plans with labor, materials, tools, and instructions.
• Coordinate with the production planner to optimize equipment and labor availability.
• Lead the asset care program and drive platform improvement planning.
• Mentor others and build capability in maintenance processes and standards.
