Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/plant environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on, site-based HR presence required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and administrative HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operational HR & Employee Relations: primary HR contact for plant managers and shop-floor teams; apply company policies consistently.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding: lead hiring for production and site support roles; oversee onboarding.
• Performance & Manager Coaching: support leaders on evaluations, development, and corrective actions.
• Compliance & HR Administration: manage site compensation/benefits, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance.
• Workforce Planning & Site Growth: assist with headcount planning and adjustments for new programs.
