Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a Pipe Fitter/Steamfitter to lay out, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems at our Alabama facilities. You will read blueprints, measure and fit piping, and operate hand and power tools.

Cross-training is available, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. The role requires on-site work with a minimum 90-day training at the Tuscaloosa facility, after which you will transfer to the Oxford site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman pipefitter/steamfitter required.
• 1–3 years industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, install, or maintain pipe systems and related equipment.
• Study blueprints and specifications to determine pipe types and tasks sequence.
• Measure, cut, thread, and install pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Join sections and secure equipment, test systems for leaks.
• Operate hand tools and power tools; cross-train as needed.
