Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter or Steamfitter trade qualification required.
• 1–3 years industrial pipefitting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, fabrication, industrial construction, or modular-construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, isometrics, specifications, and work orders.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, pipefitting equipment safely.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, pipe supports, valves, fittings, and related equipment.
• Read drawings and specifications to determine materials and fabrication methods.
• Position, align, level, and secure piping and related components.
• Perform hydrostatic or pneumatic testing as trained and authorized.
• Safely operate pipefitting tools and lifting equipment as required.
• Coordinate with quality, production, and supervision to meet schedules and safety standards.
