Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a skilled welder/fitter to lead fabrication of spool assemblies and system piping at its Alabama facilities. The role is fully on-site, with a minimum 90-day training period in Tuscaloosa and a per diem of $500 per week during training.

Upon completion, the position transfers to Oxford, Alabama. After training, you will own the full spool lifecycle—material prep, fitting, welding, and QC readiness—while balancing throughput with craftsmanship and maintaining code

Job description

Wage: $30-36.72 per hour based upon Experience.
This is a fully on-site position. The employee will complete a minimum 90-day on-site training period at Epsilon Industries’ Tuscaloosa, Alabama facility and will receive a per diem of $500 per week during the training period. Upon completion of training, the position will transfer to and remain fully on-site at Epsilon Industries’ Oxford, Alabama facility.

Expectations:

• Ownership: Treat pipe scope as critical infrastructure—quality and function are non-negotiable.
• Execution: Balance speed and quality. Ensure joints are clean, spaced, and properly supported.
• Leadership: Train new fitters/welders and uphold discipline in work areas.
• Problem Solving: Flag design issues or missing BOM early and elevate quickly.
