Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Nevada.
• Experience or training in sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous compounding.
• Knowledge of USP 795/797/800 preferred but not required.
• Ability to verify prescriptions and perform clinical checks in a high-compliance environment.
• Strong documentation skills for records and QA reports.
• Effective communication with prescribers, partners, technicians.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle hazardous medications safely.
• PharmD or equivalent degree; prior compounding or institutional pharmacy experience preferred.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient safety.
