RPh on the Go in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead a cutting-edge sterile compounding facility and ensure full USP, FDA, and state board compliance across multiple states, including California. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacists and technicians, maintaining SOPs, overseeing inspections, and guiding licensing initiatives.

Active NV license required; California licensure desirable; 3+ years sterile compounding experience preferred.

Competenze

• Active Nevada pharmacist license is required; openness to California licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of USP 797, USP 800, sterile compounding regulations.
• Experience with multi-state operations and non-resident licensure processes.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience in 503A or 503B environments is a plus.

Pharmacist in Charge Las Vegas, Nevada | Direct Hire Opportunity

This role offers an exceptional chance to lead as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge in a cutting-edge sterile compounding facility. The position ensures full compliance with USP, FDA, and state pharmacy board regulations, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards in sterile compounding across multiple states, including California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sterile compounding operations, including workflow, personnel management, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with USP <797>, <800>, FDA, and state pharmacy regulations, especially for multi-state and non-resident licenses
• Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sterile compounding and environmental monitoring programs
• Hire, supervise, and train pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering team development
• Manage inspections, audits, and communications with regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies, facility expansion, and licensing initiatives
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation to guarantee inspection readiness

Qualifications:

• Active Nevada pharmacist license, with openness to obtaining California licensure
• Additional state licenses highly preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience preferred
• Prior Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management experience strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and sterile compounding regulations
• Experience in multi-state pharmacy operations and non-resident licensure processes
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experience within 503A or 503B compounding environments is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
