We are a rapidly growing sterile injectable manufacturing and compounding organization seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a state-of-the-art 503B outsourcing facility and bring your expertise to a mission-driven company focused on quality, compliance, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support sterile compounding operations in compliance with 503A and 503B FDA/USP / regulations.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, USP, and FDA guidelines in all compounding and quality assurance processes.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to compounding technicians and staff pharmacists.
• Maintain, monitor, and update state pharmacy licenses (Nevada and multiple states preferred).
• Collaborate with leadership to support licensing, regulatory inspections, and audits.
• Support distribution operations across multiple states through license management and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh with active Nevada pharmacist license (required).
• Additional multi-state pharmacist licenses (preferred and strongly valued).
• Proven experience in both 503A and 503B compounding environments (sterile injectables highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and USP / requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
• Previous experience supporting regulatory inspections, licensing, and compliance programs is a plus.

• Las Vegas Metropolitan Area: $175,000 - $235,000
• Las Vegas, NV: $164,860 - $238,992
• Henderson, NV: $164,860 - $238,992
