Via is seeking a People Operations Associate to support our Rochester team and Via services across the Central Region. You will oversee HR processes, policy implementation, compliance, and employee support, fostering a positive workplace culture.

This hands-on role collaborates with Via's HR team to ensure strong relationships with employees and safe feedback spaces. Note: this is a 5-day a week in-person role, primarily based in Rochester, MN with regular travel to other sites.
