Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to solve people and operational challenges.
• Put AI to work for research, drafting, analysis, summaries, and routine communications.
• Build HR programs and processes across California and Georgia facilities.
• Manage multi-state compliance with California and Georgia employment laws, postings, and filings.
• Own HR systems and reporting; maintain HRIS and LMS and develop leadership reports.
• Support employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, records, leave, ER, training, and offboarding.
• Translate production floor data into actionable reports, KPIs, and recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and liaise with external partners and suppliers.
