Job summary

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm, has an immediate opening for a PC Support Specialist in our Tallahassee office. This is a non-remote position, with some travel. Primary duties include providing end-user support for computer hardware and peripherals, and supporting standard firm productivity software.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on PC support in a professional office environment. Experience with iManage Work10 and Aderant Expert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PC support in a professional office environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating system and basic networking.
• Customer service oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for computer hardware and peripherals.
• Support standard firm productivity software.
• Assist with mobile devices, videoconferencing equipment, and printers.
