• Proficiency with HRMS, Leave Tracker, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter time and attendance records for staff daily.
• Review payroll changes from timesheets, leave requests and source documents.
• Calculate hours, leave accruals, holidays, overtime, and shift differential per pay period.
• Audit leave balances against payroll totals for accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll and leave records and correct errors as needed.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve time/attendance issues per policies.
• Answer questions about leave use, balances, and eligibility for leave programs.
• Enter eligible leave periods for FMLA, PFML, Shared Leave.
• Check deductions and verify paychecks.
• Use position coding to ensure pay comes from correct funds.
• File and archive payroll records per retention rules.
• Prepare payroll reports for hospital departments.
