Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing across multi-state employees. You will manage data reconciliation, tax filings, year-end W‑2 processing, and payroll reporting, with emphasis on compliance and customer service to staff.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Associate degree, 3+ years of payroll experience, and knowledge of federal, state and local wage laws.

Qualifications

• College Degree Required.
• CPP credentials preferred.
• Experience with payroll for 1000+ employees.
• Detail oriented, analytical and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll processing across multi-state employees.
• Manage configuration, reconciliation of payroll data with external systems.
• File payroll taxes, audits and other reporting obligations.
• Coordinate year-end W-2 processing.
• Prepare payroll related financial reports.
