Job summary

Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple FEINs at the Hills, Iowa location.

This role serves as the main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries and supports internal audits and HR team members as needed. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR/finance or related field and 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, with strong computer skills and experience in HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multiple FEINs and timekeeping.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with payroll systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main payroll and timekeeping contact for inquiries.
• Audit, balance, and correct payroll documents across FEINs.
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure accuracy for the accounting team.
• Support HR with audits and leave/payroll-related tasks.
• Assist in year-end payroll activities and process improvements.
