Job summary

Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple FEINs on-site at our Hills, Iowa location.

You will serve as the primary contact for timekeeping inquiries and ensure accurate timecards, deductions, and withholdings while supporting HR audits and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of payroll experience, with strong data entry, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience or equivalent.
• Simultaneous payroll processing for multiple FEINs is preferred.
• Basic understanding of federal and state tax laws and payroll best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple FEINs.
• Act as main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
• Audit, balance and correct payroll documents and generate reports.
• Assist with internal audits and HR team support.
• Ensure accuracy of timecards, leave balances and tax withholdings.
• Prepare and review payroll-related documentation for payments and final payouts.
