Responsibilities

Analyzes, inputs and prepares payroll data via automated system for weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax and benefit deductions).
Maintains current knowledge of applicable wage and hour laws.
Collaborates with HR benefits to align payroll with HR programs.
Approves invoices for payment and provides accounting support for payroll matters.
Assists in HR training and development tasks and other duties as assigned.
