Qualifications

• Minimum of one year payroll experience.
• 1-year Associate Degree in Accounting in lieu of experience.
• Pass criminal background and consumer credit checks (no criminal record).
• Obtain and maintain DHS/ICE government clearance.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• At least 18 years old; valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Record employee hours accurately in compliance with CBA guidelines.
• Ensure timesheets are fully completed and signed.
• Identify and correct timesheet issues before payroll discrepancies.
• Ensure deliverable reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Maintain payroll files and correction documentation.
• Reconcile processed payroll reports weekly/monthly.
• Answer phone and respond to emails promptly.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
