Job summary

Hiossen Implant in Ridgefield Park, NJ is seeking a Compensation & Compliance Associate to manage payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, and benefit administration on-site. The role covers multi-state payroll, timekeeping reconciliation, and compliance with FMLA and state leave programs.

You will coordinate with Accounting and HR management, ensure accurate tax filings, and support benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities. On-site work in New Jersey is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience and multi-state experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll calculations, deductions, timekeeping, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process the full biweekly payroll cycle including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Validate timekeeping records and finalize timesheet approvals.
• Maintain HRIS records for hires, changes, and eligibility for benefits.
• Reconcile payroll registers and resolve discrepancies with Accounting and payroll provider.
• Coordinate payroll tax filings, year-end Forms W-2, and related reporting.
• Administer benefit enrollments and open enrollment processes.
• Audit invoices and coordinate payments with Accounting and vendors.
• Manage FMLA, state leave programs, and leave tracking.
