Job summary

Staffmark in Plano, TX is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support high-volume payroll processing and data integrity. You will work with Kronos, UltiPro and Workday, ensuring accurate payroll and timely responses to internal client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with top-tier payroll and HRIS systems (UltiPro, Kronos, Workday or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and payroll auditing experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve requests with defined or creative solutions.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with payroll accounting, GL posting, accruals and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill day-to-day payroll service functions, ensure data integrity and accurate processing.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations and SLA requirements.
• Manage inquiries via ticketing system, phone, and email with a focus on customer experience.
• Support reporting, audits, and system enhancements for payroll processes.
• Assist with project initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
