Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; Paycom experience preferred.

• Manage electronic timekeeping system and review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payroll in Paycom, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and company policies.
• Maintain PTO/vacation records and update employee payroll and benefit information.
• Process employee benefits and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
• File and pay quarterly payroll taxes.
• Support year-end payroll processes including audits and preparation of W-2s and W-3s.
• Prepare weekly expenditure and payroll reports for leadership and managers.
