Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches in Live Oak, FL is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the agency's payroll with accuracy and confidentiality. You will process payroll, maintain HRIS records, and support benefits and deductions within established deadlines.

The role requires experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred), strong math and data integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Director of Human Resources.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with payroll processing experience.
• Experience using payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong math, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on time, validating time records.
• Administrate payroll and HRIS systems and liaise with payroll provider.
• Handle employee separations and final payroll transactions.
• Prepare GTL reports and apply GTL benefits correctly.
• Perform payroll allocations and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Create payroll reports and verification documents for audits.
• Maintain rehire records for recognition programs and reporting.
• Support budget development and other HR duties as needed.
