Job summary

Viking Electric in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to assist the Credit Department with lien waivers, payments, deposits, and document research. This in‑office role supports customer accounts and ensures accurate processing of financial paperwork.

You will respond to calls and emails, prepare lien waivers, process credit card payments in Eclipse and Billtrust, and help with daily deposits. A high school diploma and 2+ years of office or accounting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Two years of advanced education or a degree in accounting or general business preferred.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Lien waiver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in the department mailboxes.
• Research and prepare lien waivers with supporting documentation.
• Process daily/monthly credit card payments using Eclipse/Billtrust; forward receipts to customers.
• Prepare and process daily cashbox deposits; review Tax Exemption Certificates in Eclipse.
• Assist with refunds, vendor forms, AR items, and related tasks.
