Job summary

• CPR certification within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation for assigned patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by nursing.
• Maintain 15-minute checks and document observations.
• Monitor visitors to ensure safety and prevent unsafe materials.
• Follow directions of the nurse in charge and transport patients when needed.
• Maintain patient dignity and advocate for the patient.
