Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous safety observation of assigned patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; assist with activities of daily living as directed.
• Document observations and communicate with nursing staff via reports.
• Monitor visitors for unsafe materials and maintain patient dignity.
• Follow nurse in charge directions and support transport as needed.
