Job summary

Ultimate Staffing partners with a physician-founded medical practice in Baker City, OR to hire a Patient Information Coordinator onsite. The role supports patient services, billing, and scheduling while ensuring accurate records and excellent customer service.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a pay of $18 per hour. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, medical terminology knowledge, and familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT codes, plus immunization compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a healthcare setting.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes (preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, and type for extended periods.
• Up-to-date with all immunizations and vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing codes into the electronic medical records system.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographic information.
• Assist clinical staff with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Provide top-tier customer service to patients, clinical teams, and non-clinical staff.
