Job summary

EAR NOSE & THROAT CONSULTANTS PC in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our patient-centered team. You will manage scheduling, greeting patients, processing intake, and verifying insurance to ensure a smooth Perfect Patient Journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ related experience required.
• Preferred experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Effectively manages patient schedule.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out of patients.
• Organize required intake paperwork.
• Scan patient documents.
• Collect patient co-pays, balances and deductibles.
• Prep/maintain patient charts.
• Verify insurance upon patient arrival.
• Schedule patients follow up appointments.
• This job requires on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
