EAR NOSE & THROAT CONSULTANTS PC in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our patient-centered team. You will manage scheduling, greeting patients, processing intake, and verifying insurance to ensure a smooth Perfect Patient Journey.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possess strong customer service skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office. On-site availability is required; prior medical setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ related experience required.
• Preferred experience in a medical setting.
• Preferred knowledge of insurance.
• Preferred use of medical terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times.
