Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CRCR required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Meet mission/goals of the organization and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Work within policies and processes across the organization.
• Assist with POS and billing processes to support clean claim rate.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Review insurance eligibility responses and enter benefit data in the system.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and distribute forms as appropriate.
