Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Associate Specialist to join our team on-site at Ballad - Greeneville Community Hospital in Greeneville, TN. You will handle patient registration and access within the revenue cycle, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance to support performance metrics.

Requirements include a HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service. CRCR certification within 6 months is company-paid.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation incl. AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and manage data entry for the healthcare revenue cycle.
• Explain and distribute consent forms and educate patients on necessary documents.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Conduct pre-registration and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinate with clinical and financial operations to support KPIs.
