• Review and correct claims rejected, denied, or suspended due to data issues.
• Contact patients to collect or clarify insurance details including claim numbers or authorization information.
• Document communications and update patient account records with accuracy.
• Collaborate with employers, carriers, attorneys, or adjusters to obtain required documentation.
• Meet KPIs for claim resolution, registration completeness, and denial reduction.
