Qualifications

• Proficiency with EMR and patient registration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register, pre-register, schedule, and admit patients accurately.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Interview patients to collect required information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Obtain necessary signatures for treatment authorization and regulatory documents.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and available assistance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate registration records.
• Support patient transfers, admissions, discharges, and room assignments.
