NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an Access Service Representative for Radiology on a part-time weekend schedule. You will greet patients, verify demographics, conduct pre-registration and registration, and input data into the ADT/EHR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a complex clinic or patient access setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients for financial and demographic data and input into ADT/EHR.
• Perform pre-registration and registration including insurance verification.
• Register patients accurately, confidentially and with courteous service.
• Assist across radiology registration areas as assigned.
