Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, supervises, trains, and disciplines staff, and prepares performance reports.
• Manages day-to-day activities of personnel to ensure timely patient registration and accurate data entry.
• Ensures proper insurance verification and documentation prior to clinic dates.
• Maintains 24-hour staffing coverage and supports budget development and implementation.
