Qualifications

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification.
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in Healthcare Management/Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admitting, registration, and financial services departments at acute care locations.
• Develop staffing plans, prepare monthly reports, and set department goals.
• Collect, interpret and communicate performance data to drive improvements.
• Assist in development of dyad-reporting and provide training to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
