Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in patient access, registration, billing, or revenue cycle operations.
• Experience in reviewing, correcting, and submitting claims to support reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a queue of accounts flagged for registration or billing follow-up.
• Review and correct denied or suspended claims due to registration or data issues.
• Contacts patients to collect or clarify insurance details and claim information.
• Collaborates with payers, employers, and other departments to obtain required documentation.
• Contributes to process improvements and meets KPIs for denial reduction and AR performance.
