AH Group is seeking an On-Site Account Representative in Sheffield, OH to manage inventory and logistics of industrial machine spare parts at the customer facility. This role embeds on the plant floor, delivering rapid part identification, tracking, and expeditious shipping to minimize downtime.

You will be the frontline for customer relationship management, coordinate ERP data entry, communications with suppliers, and oversee shipping/receiving with a strong emphasis on urgency and accuracy;

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and plant personnel.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to high level of service and responsiveness.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple open transactions.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and moving parts.
• Proficient data entry and quick learner of ERP systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed on customer site.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the daily point of contact for the customer at the facility level.
• Identify and collect failed industrial parts from the site.
• Assist with movement and organization of parts as needed.
• Enter and maintain part data in the ERP system in real time.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage open orders and expedite shipments.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify counts and conditions.
• Understand customer production priorities and elevate urgent issues.
• Maintain records of parts transactions and flag outstanding issues.
