Job summary

AH Group seeks an On-Site Account Representative to manage inventory and logistics for customer facility parts on the plant floor. You will be embedded with the customer, ensuring rapid identification, tracking, and shipping of failed parts to minimize downtime.

Major duties include daily customer contact, timely ERP data entry, and proactive supplier communication. Strong communication, urgency, and reliability are essential for this hands-on role at a customer site.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, phone, and in-person.
• Strong sense of urgency; able to prioritize in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Customer-first mindset with high level of service and responsiveness.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple open transactions accurately.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and moving parts.
• Basic computer proficiency; proficient with data entry and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for the customer at the facility level.
• Identify and collect failed industrial parts; assess urgency and production impact.
• Assist with physical movement of parts and organize within the facility.
• Enter and maintain part data in the ERP system in real time.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving; verify counts and conditions.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage open orders and expedite shipments.
