Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking an Allied Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to customers in our CE branches. This onsite role requires a self-starter with a mechanical aptitude to work with vendors and internal teams.

You will respond to inquiries, quote parts, update order status, and support service operations and product support sales to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with three years related experience or training.
• Excellent communication abilities and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Provide timely quotes in coordination with vendors.
• Actively communicate status of orders.
• Support service operations to ensure timely completion.
• Support Machine, Engine and Product Support Sales as needed.
