Job summary

ADP is seeking an On-Site Account Representative in Vance, AL for daily inventory and logistics management of industrial machine spare parts at the customer site. You will interact with customers and suppliers to ensure timely gathering, recording, and shipping of parts. Training on ERP software will be provided as part of the role.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and physical labor for handling parts. Day shift; in-person site work.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical labor for parts gathering and shipping.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Gather industrial machine spare parts from designated areas within the facility.
• Enter part data into ERP system accurately for tracking.
• Maintain regular supplier communication via phone, email and in person.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with suppliers; assist with packing.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and ensure efficient transactions.
