Responsibilities

• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items and labeling parcels
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s needs
• Ensures customer problems are resolved quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store
• Assists with processing financial transactions using a POS, including handling cash and making change
