Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a friendly Liaison Package Handler in Atlanta, GA to manage on-site package rooms and locker systems for luxury apartment properties. You will be the on-site presence, assist residents, and maintain accurate records in the company system.

You will log packages, deliver to doors (up to 60 lbs), perform light hardware/software troubleshooting, and coordinate with property staff and Luxer One Support. 1–2 years in customer service preferred; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and package management software.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site at assigned properties in Atlanta, GA to assist residents with package questions.
• Log delivered packages into the property's management system and arrange on shelving.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or apartments (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate records and perform audits of aging packages.
• Communicate with residents, property staff, and Luxer One Support via Gmail.
• Troubleshoot lightweight issues with locker/package room hardware and software.
